Summer internship for school students

Description

Six weeks in a Sber team: school students work on the bank's youth products — from research and ideas to testing hypotheses and presenting them. The work runs in one-week sprints, each team has its own track, and once a week the curators go through cases with them.

The format is hybrid: the office in Moscow and remote work. The internship is paid, and graduates get a certificate. In 2024, 20 people were selected out of more than 1,000 applicants.

Requirements

Grade 9–10 at a school in Moscow or the Moscow region
At least 2 hours a day on weekdays in July and for two weeks in August
Test assignment: a story about yourself (a video is better) and an idea for a new Sber product for young people
